Gift Cards (physical/digital) can be purchased from our website or outlets. Digital cards are emailed/SMS-delivered to the recipient.

Validity & Redemption

Valid for 12 months from purchase. Redeemable only at hotshotbd.com or official outlets. Apply the code at checkout; if the order total exceeds the card value, pay the difference via available methods.

Balance & Multiple Use

Balances can be used across multiple orders until exhausted or expired.

Non-Refundable

Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Loss & Theft

Treat Gift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards/codes cannot be replaced once delivered/activated.

Fraud & Misuse

We may suspend or cancel Gift Cards suspected of fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
